伊根でのお昼ご飯は、地元の「食事処 兵四楼」さんにて海鮮丼とへしこ寿司をいただきましたよ(*･ω･*)
お刺身はすべてその日の朝水揚げされたものなんです！
へしこ寿司は丹後地域の郷土料理。おかみさんによると、サバをぬかに１年漬けて作るそう。そのままで充分味がしみています。その土地ならではのものを食べられるのってうれしいですよね☆

For lunch in Ine town I went to the local restraunt for Seafood rice bowl and heshiko sushi. All the fish was just fresh out of the ocean that day so it was so delicious.Heshiko sushi is a traditional sushi from this local town, it’s pickled mackerel for a year!!cool huh?:)
