釣りいこ！忘年会では、あんこう鍋をいただきました(^^)様々な部位が入っているので、皮はぷるぷる肝はもったり濃厚などそれぞれの食感がたのしめます♪イカのお刺身には一緒に肝醤油が！私は初めて食べたのですが、立派な肝が入っていてそのおいしさに感激！来年カワハギ釣ったら肝醤油にして食べたい～！そのほかに頼んだエイヒレなどなど、どれもハズれなしでした☆☆☆
I had some monk fish hotpot for my end of the year party! the hotpot has all kinds of parts of the monk fish so for example the skin was plumpy and gel like, the liver was heavy and smooth flavor, it was fun to try out the different kind of food.
