ちょっと変わった見た目のお寿司を発見しました！丹匠さんの「イカで造った錦鯉の姿寿司」です☆イカの下にはうに・サーモンなどが入っています。中のネタが透けて、本物の鯉の模様みたい！色んな味が一気に楽しめるので、目も舌も贅沢なお寿司でした(^o^)

How beautiful it is! It is definitely a piece of art. This is a whole fish sushi, Sugata-zushi, in a shape of a carp.The squid, sea urchin eggs, salmon, and sea weed seeing through the sushi are looking like real patterns we see on a real carp’s skin!
